Bible Studies

Each Sun. at 7:00 p.m. Pastor Reid has a varied Bible study in his "Bible Alive" open discussions and study of his Sunday morning sermon from different books of the Bible.

Wednesday evenings at 6:45 p.m. we have our mid-week Prayer Meeting and Bible Studies. CHILDREN AND YOUTH ACTIVITIES AT 6:30P.M.

 

The third Tuesday of the month starting at 7:00 p.m. we travel to the "Life Care Center" for Song and Worship service with those that cannot come to Church.

 

            Music and Drama

Led by musical director, Lon Knight, our choir meets on Wed. nights at 7:15 p.m. and everyone who enjoys bringing a joyful noise is welcome. We have Christmas and Easter plays and/or cantatas. We welcome all willing to share their time and talents both young and young at heart. We also have special presentations for various occasions for and by the children as well as "maybe" less entertaining events by/for the adults and young adults.

 

Anyone looking for a Church Home to worship God and seek the Lord are welcome. Come check us out and consider us for your Church Family.

Sunday School

           Sunday school for all ages begins at 10:00 a.m. We have classes for preschool, elementary, junior/senior high, college/career, and 4 adult classes. This where our journey in Christ begins.

Children

We encourage our children to be a part of Sunday worship and have a children’s time during each service.  We also have “Children’s Church” for children age 4 through 3rd grade during the sermon portion of worship.  A nursery is available for children under age 4.

Fellowship

           We are again having our Wednesday evening dinner starting at 5:45 p.m., the cost is only $5.00 for  adults children and family rates also apply, for a varying menu of restaurant prepared meals and some very good fellowship. Please come and plan to stay for our mid week Prayer Meeting and Bible Studies.

The last Sunday of each month we have Family Night. We gather at 6:00 p.m. for food, fellowship and activities.  Weather permitting we're at the pavilion for a  cook out and  games.

  Our other fellowship events include family camp retreats, covered dish dinners, outings to baseball games, etc.

 

                Small Group Meetings

We have small groups that meet at various times and have various purposes. These include a senior ladies group, a study group and a prayer group. Contact the church for more detailed information.
